Kellas is a beautiful Scottish estate set over 2,500 acres of stunning and varied countryside situated between the towns of Elgin (7 miles) and Forres (11 miles).
The Mill of Kellas, a spacious and comfortable house, looks over our estate trout lochs and has its own enclosed garden with a patio for summer dining making it the perfect place to stay for families. Visitors are welcome to enjoy the many walks though the estate although during shooting season we will alert you to the safe areas to enjoy our beautiful surroundings.
We welcome up to two well-behaved pets for a small additional charge. We just ask that you let us know in advance and you keep them on a lead at all times.

Sitting Room – The perfect reception room to relax after a day’s exploring in front of a real log fire.
2nd Sitting Room – This room has a sofa bed that accommodates two adults however it also provides a good space for children to play or a separate TV room.
Bedrooms – 3 twin bed rooms plus double sofa bed in 2nd sitting room.
Bathrooms – Downstairs – Shower room and separate w/c
Upstairs – Bathroom with shower overhead and w/c

We are happy to arrange catering and housekeeping services should you required.
We do offer a concierge service where we can help plan and book activities and restaurants for your stay. On the estate we can organise fishing at our own trout lochs or clay pigeon shooting with our gamekeeper.
